Office Administrator

We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a full-time, maternity leave position through to mid-June 2026, based in our Aberdeen, Bridge of Don office. This role has the potential to become a permanent position.

You will be involved in providing administrative support to all Financial Planners to include regulatory requirements, client servicing and IT.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great organisational skills, with an eye for detail, who enjoys helping people and being part of a team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Being comfortable with IT programs, particularly Microsoft Word would be an asset for this position.
